Job Profile Sales Manager / ASM
JOB SUMMARY:
Responsible for
Meeting FYP targets
Recruiting and developing agents.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Meet targets
AFYP
Implementation of GOLD
Recruitment of agents – follow rule of 31
Development of agent prospecting habits, calling habits and work habits through IID, GID and FID
Daily fast tracking of prospecting habits (rule of 53) and successful work habits ( rule of 10 by 10) and field demonstrations
Supervise the activity plan of all agents to ensure that these are being fulfilled as per the desired levels
Conduct weekly performance review (PRP) with agents
Help agents use the GOLD system for maximizing business from a given target market
Identify, interview and select new agents
Undertake joint field work with agents and demonstrate successful sales skills (FoDs)
Provide feedback to trainers on group and individual development of agents
Ensure that agents under supervision perform as per the company’s rules and regulations

JOB REQUIREMENTS
MINIMUM EDUCATION:
Graduate preferably with an MBA
MINIMUM / SPECIFIC EXPERIENCE:
2-7 years of experience in Sales- preferably currently at a Supervisory level.
Freshers from B category institutes (Rank 11-20) in the country.
